Maintain proficient understanding of process and procedures to ensure reliable and timely deliverables. Take actions in a responsible manner when working with sensitive and/or confidential material and interacting with diverse personalities in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages sales operations support activities, prioritize and triage the workloads of the sales support staff and works with other department contacts to ensure service level agreements are met. Tracks and reports on status and conducts peer review/quality assurance activities for all administrative support deliverables.Provides back up for administrative support activities, contracts, and benefit specialist functions including but not limited to preparation of access requests, supply and inventory purchase orders and invoices, equipment repairs/maintenance, cost allocation assignments, employer group plan agreement creation, customization of guide to benefits (GTB), certificates, plan comparison matrices, summary of benefits and coverage (SBC), member and group benefit summaries and other collateral.Identifies opportunities for process improvements and develops policies and procedures/desktop procedures/workflows/forms and other tools to implement improvements. Trains staff to ensure consistency and timeliness.Effectively supports ad hoc departmental projects; comprehends facts, clarifies issues and ideas, understands desired results and outcomes, and appropriately applies independent judgment and initiative. Analyzes, generates and recommends solutions and coordinates action related to administrative and operations projects of medium to complex difficulty, as assigned by department management in support of the department’s business objective. Handles sensitive information, creates and provides analysis of reports.Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree and three years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Working knowledge of general office practices and procedures.Strong organizational skills.Effective interpersonal skills.
