Position Title Project Manager Assistant

The Transportation Business Line is actively seeking a Project Manager Assistant to support multiple PMs and programs for the Honolulu, HI office.
Support 8 to 10 project managers
PM support shall include ABC, ABM, APIC, ePM support
Invoice prep, billing coordination and AR collection
Support the PM in contracts review, subcontracts and project plans
Ensures documents are created that meet overall project team requirements for project scope and schedule
Accountable for assuring that a project plan is developed for each project
Maintain and organize project related documents
Associates Degree or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience
3+ years working with project management and finances is required
Proficient in excel
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Well developed communication skills and ability to work with project managers
Can-do, will-do attitude and ability to work in team-oriented organization
Understanding of Business and Financial responsibilities in running projects
Experience with invoicing federal and non-federal clients
Experience working on Engineering Planning and Design projects
Experience with ePM and APIC
