Job Summary

The Transportation Business Line is actively seeking a Project Manager Assistant to support multiple PMs and programs for the Honolulu, HI office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support 8 to 10 project managers

  • PM support shall include ABC, ABM, APIC, ePM support

  • Invoice prep, billing coordination and AR collection

  • Support the PM in contracts review, subcontracts and project plans

  • Ensures documents are created that meet overall project team requirements for project scope and schedule

  • Accountable for assuring that a project plan is developed for each project

  • Maintain and organize project related documents

Minimum Requirements

  • Associates Degree or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience

  • 3+ years working with project management and finances is required

  • Proficient in excel

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills

  • Well developed communication skills and ability to work with project managers

  • Can-do, will-do attitude and ability to work in team-oriented organization

  • Understanding of Business and Financial responsibilities in running projects

  • Experience with invoicing federal and non-federal clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on Engineering Planning and Design projects

  • Experience with ePM and APIC
