U.S. Bank Data Quality and Reporting Analyst in Honolulu, Hawaii

The Enterprise CRM Program Team is looking for a senior data quality and reporting analyst to support our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. The position will have two primary responsibilities. First, the role will be responsible for coordinating the quality, security, and maintenance of data for our CRM platforms. This will include defining data elements and establishing policies and procedures related to the collection and accuracy of data as well as performing tests on data systems. Second, the role will contribute to the ongoing reporting provided to the lines of business supported by the CRM platforms.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide data quality assurance oversight for data flows and stores for CRM systems so that data can effectively support business processes

  • Proactively identify data quality issues and recommend for process improvements and solutions

  • Ensure sufficient data quality is maintained in CRM systems so that data can effectively support business processes

  • Develop and manage a repeatable process for measuring data quality

  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to provide data quality guidance

  • Manage documentation related to data quality

  • Design, develop, automate, and present detailed analytical reports for leaders, internal business partners, and technology teams

  • Produce and maintain weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports distributed to leadership and partners throughout the enterprise

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Five or more years experience with data management, data governance and data quality

  • 8-10 years experience in report generation and presentation for complex business initiatives

  • 8-10 years experience developing user test cases for reports

  • 8-10 years experience in data management and working with reporting and data systems (Access, Tableau, SQL, SAS, Excel, Informatica)

  • Proven ability and experience in analyzing, testing, and auditing dataset quality

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate data metrics to peers and upper management

  • Demonstrated strong collaboration skills and a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects with a high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proven ability to work and thrive in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize a heavy work load of weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports

  • Advanced MS Office application skills
