Hawaiian Airlines is looking for a Contract Administration Analyst who is ready to make an immediate positive impact and will play an integral part in managing and tracking supplier performance. This Contract Administration Analyst will help define how contract management systems can be used to improve the effectiveness of the Strategic Procurement organization. Additionally, HA is seeking a candidate with vendor management and contract management experience who can facilitate meetings with suppliers and service providers to drive stronger strategic relationships with key partners that will support HA’s continued growth.
Lead the ongoing analysis and continuous improvement of the automated Source-to-Pay process, from category planning through contract management and administration.
Lead the ongoing maintenance, analysis, and continuous improvement of the contracts management process, including determining the most efficient methods to initially process, retain, and retrieve all company contracts.
Exercise a primary role in the research, selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement and contracts management systems.
Maintain Strategic Procurement intranet content related to procurement and contracts management processes and artifacts.
Develop and implement metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement and contracts management processes
Develop and implement the Source-to-Pay technology roadmap in alignment with Category Management strategic priorities and objectives
Ensure Source-to-Pay and contract management processes are aligned with company policies and SOX controls

3+ years of supply chain or procurement experience
Experience managing and reporting on contractor performance using pre-defined or developed key performance indicators and tracking performance against intended service levels as documented in contracts.
Experience with workflow applications
Basic understanding of software application configurations and management.
Ability to learn new concepts, methods, and systems quickly
Demonstrated ability to develop solution recommendations based on the collection, analysis and interpretation of data from various sources
Demonstrated examples of research and analytical skills
Intermediate proficiency in commonly used business applications including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Visio.
Ability to conduct online research and harvest data from online sources.
Ability to design and deliver training to a wide range of users
Self-starter with the ability to be a catalyst for process and organizational change without constant direction from leadership
Basic understanding of contract legal and commercial terms
Basic understanding of procurement and contracts lifecycle management processes
Experience with PeopleSoft, including request queue administration and user account provisioning or experience as a system administrator with a similar enterprise application.
Experience developing and documenting key performance indicators used to manage and track vendor performance as it relates to adherence to contracts service level requirements.
Process development and/or process re-engineering experience
